Owner / Architect

Brooke Brown, a 2017 UNC Charlotte School of Architecture graduate and Ocean City, MD native, began her architectural career in 2015 at an East Coast-based residential and commercial architecture firm. She was selected as one of the few talented individuals in their boutique residential studio, where she focused on coastal design with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics. Throughout her career, she has contributed to various projects locally and nationally in the AEC industry.

Selecting high-quality products that stand the test of time and enhance the beauty of each project has always been of the utmost importance to her. She lived in and served the vibrant DC market for two years before making a transition back to the charming east-coast beaches, where her heart truly lies. Her extensive career with a high-quality fenestration company has involved collaborating closely with architects, assisting with the development of specifications and intricate details, and educating the building community about the exceptional offerings available in the industry.

Brooke is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects. She served on the Ocean City Board of Zoning and Appeals for 4 years and holds a CSI Construction Documents Technologist certification.
